1. SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT

Data controller, pursuant to art. 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, is Barbara Merci, via del Palladio, 3 - 37029 Pedemonte di San Pietro in Cariano VR ITALY.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The data processed are the name, surname, telephone number, email address, data for processing of the requested stay.

We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality.

The processing of personal data must be understood as: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or a set of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring , storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or the destruction".

3. PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6) lett. f) EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes: to provide feedback to the request for information sent by you.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The personal data provided will not be disclosed to third parties external to the data controller.

Personal data are not processed outside the EU Area (EEA).

5. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OR CRITERIA

If the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to keep it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize it.

6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3. is necessary in order to receive a reply to the request for information sent. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to receive the desired information.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

When we process your personal data, you become the owner of the rights to insert, update and delete them, you can ask it at any time.

Useful information

Check-in: arrival after 2 pm with Self-Check-in. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time via WhatsApp the day before, for organizational reasons.

Check-out: departure by 10 am.

Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am. (Only on request also before 8)

Payment for the stay must be made in advance.

Please we ask you for your telephone number to write to you via Whatsapp. One or two days before your arrival, you will be contacted with a message in which you will be asked to send a photo of each guest's identity document, and to provide an approximate arrival time. Once we have received your response, on the morning of your arrival, you will receive a WhatsApp message with all the information to access the facility and some videos that will guide you inside the accommodation facility.

Children from 0 to 4 years old are free.

Children from 5 to 14 years: €20 per child per night, in an extra bed only if available.

The rooms equipped with an extra bed are room 1 and room 2.

Reservation: the reservation is valid only if payment is made within 1 day of booking. If payment is not made, the reservation is considered void.

Cancellation of reservation: for cancellations from 0 to 13 days before the day of arrival, there is no refund of the cost of the stay. For cancellations made before 14 days from the day of arrival, 100% refund of the cost paid.

Payment: Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking, by SumUp (credit card or debit card) or bank transfer, sending the receipt to us via WhatsApp.

For "last minute" bookings, payment must be made at the same time as the booking, fast, immediate and instant. The customer cannot access the facility if the payment has not been made and completed.
